Alftoon Al Janahi is a distinguished Qatari entrepreneur, businesswoman, and influencer whose professional journey reflects a dynamic combination of creativity, leadership, and innovation. As the Founder and CEO of multiple businesses, she has established a diverse portfolio spanning beauty, cosmetics, fashion, hospitality, marketing, and creative industries.

Her entrepreneurial vision has led to the development of several brands, including Alftoon Marketing, specializing in marketing, advertising, and public relations; A.T. Alftoon’s Salon, dedicated to women’s beauty services; By Alftoon Boutique, focusing on fashion and clothing; Alftoon Coffee & Bakery, bringing together café culture and bakery concepts; Alftoon Beauty, a beauty-focused brand; and Alftoon App, a digital platform connecting her various brands and business ventures in one place.

Throughout her career, Alftoon has received numerous recognitions for her achievements and contributions. She was acknowledged among successful Qatari women on International Women’s Day and honored in 2016 for a creative project considered among the pioneering initiatives within Qatar’s small-business sector. Her accomplishments have also received recognition from Qatar University.

Beyond entrepreneurship, she has participated as a speaker at the Fujairah Media Forum and was the only Qatari speaker at a Canadian forum, where she received recognition for her contribution to entrepreneurship.

One of her remarkable milestones was her involvement in organizing the “Al-Izz” portrait of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, which brought together 13,824 participants and achieved Guinness World Records recognition.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Alftoon established her first company in 2017.
